Brisket was good, but not a traditional poutine. Flavor wasn't really there besides the brisket. Cheese curds were completely melted inside of having a chance to have a bite to them like normal; I think they used Mozzarella instead. Didn't get any scallions despite listed on the menu as topping. Building had tons of TVs that were loud despite asking to sit in the back to have a quieter lunch. Server was lovely! I would go back but not for poutine; the table next to me had pretty good looking wings and a burger.

I ordered take out food from this location and I do understand that it will not be the same as ordering in the restaurant. My wife ordered the Poutine with no meat I ordered the jambalaya and we also got the artichoke spinach dip. We paid 50$ and left a 10$ tip. When we got home and opened our boxes we discovered the poutine drowning in bbq sauce and without gravy, my jambalaya only has 3 pieces of shrimp. I understand that shrimp is expensive but for 18.50 it could have at least 5. The chips we received were stale. I would absolutely avoid ordering out from this restaurant.

Great atmosphere and service! The BBQ here is pretty good for CNY, I just wish they kept the sauces on the side or in a bottle at the table. It was overly sweet and masked the flavor of the meat. The salad portions were huge! Side dishes were very good!

We didn’t have time to sit downs so we ordered takeout to eat on the go. The food was very flavorful, and I’m sure would have been excellent if we sat down and took our time dining in. It just seemed as if some of the dishes were over done. The pretzels were more crunchy on the outside instead of being soft and fluffy. The chicken sandwich (tasty), was also a bit tough. The sauces brought it flavor, but the meat was dry. The loaded salt potatoes were excellent and so were the fries with the different meals. Definitely worth a second try, maybe some different dishes.

Super good food and service! My chicken bacon ranch was spot on delish, with a tasty side of mac salad. (In a pic below I removed bacon from top of sandwich to enjoy on its own). My two buddies gave thumbs up to their meals as well. Seated at the bar, we had excellent food & drink service from the bartender (early afternoon 6-2-24). Great food, value, service, and ambiance, and that ain’t no bull.

Sat at the bar with a friend- we enjoyed that we could social-distance and fully enjoy our conversation. Drinks and food were great. The chicken florentine has a bit too much cheese. Fried fish tacos are generously portioned and very tasty. I appreciated that the TV's were not intrusive.

I moved from London, England to the United States 5 years ago, I’ve lived in California, Vermont, Massachusetts and now Upstate New York. Hands down this is the best food I’ve ever eaten in America. I give them 100 stars. Great service too, lovely people.

Went in during my break and was very dissapointed in my waitress as she was extremely rude. Two of the three interactions with her left me feeling like shit, I sincerely hope it was just a bad day or something. The only reason I didnt rate the service lower was because the hostess was the redeeming quality of my customer service experience here, really sweet and helpful. Needless to say a majority of my tip went to her. Food was great. The chefs obviously know what they are doing due to the timeliness of everyone's order and the quality of the food, the atmosphere was lively, on the louder side for me but pleasant.
